Your data is hosted on enterprise-grade infrastructure (Supabase and Cloudflare) and encrypted in transit and at rest. We follow GDPR-aligned privacy practices, and you can export your data or disconnect your shop at any time.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You can export your data anytime. Cancelling or deactivating your account keeps your data safe — designs, templates, orders, and settings are all retained, you can still sign in to view and download them, and you reactivate whenever you choose by picking a plan (never automatically). If you want your personal data permanently erased, contact support and we will process the request per our privacy policy.
