You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding agreement to use the Service.

• Accounts are intended for one business or team; you are responsible for all activity under your credentials.
• Please keep your information accurate and up to date. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
• We may decline or revoke access if eligibility requirements are not met.

Alomations offers paid plans with monthly or fixed yearly billing. Prices and plan limits are listed on our Pricing page.

• Plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. We will notify you of material pricing changes in advance.
• Taxes may be added based on your billing address. Invoices are delivered electronically.
• Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next renewal cycle.
• Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may credit accounts at our discretion.

Each plan includes a monthly allowance (e.g., 150/300/600 listings). A listing is counted when generated and exported or published to Etsy.

• Unused allowances do not roll over between billing periods.
• We may offer overage bundles or pause generation when limits are reached to maintain platform stability.
• We may enforce technical rate limits to protect the Service and the Etsy API.

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or Etsy policy.
• Upload, generate, or transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or interfere with the Service or Etsy's API.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.
• Use the Service to send spam or engage in abusive automated behavior.

You retain ownership of content you upload or generate using the Service. You grant Alomations a limited license to process such content solely to provide, operate, and improve the Service.

Alomations and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, documentation, and trademarks.

The Service integrates with third‑party platforms, including the official Etsy API. Your use of third‑party services is subject to their terms and policies.

• You authorize Alomations to connect to your Etsy shop as necessary to provide features you request.
• We do not control third‑party availability and are not liable for outages or changes beyond our control.
• You are responsible for maintaining valid credentials and permissions for any connected services.

You may deactivate your account at any time in your account settings. On a paid plan, deactivation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep the access you already paid for, your subscription stops renewing, and you are never charged again. We stop sending you emails as soon as you request deactivation. You can undo the request any time before it takes effect.

Your account data (designs, templates, orders, and settings) is retained while your account is deactivated, and you can still sign in to view and download it. Reactivation is always your explicit choice: your account becomes active again only when you subscribe to a plan — it never reactivates, and billing never resumes, automatically.

If you want your personal data permanently erased instead of retained, contact support and we will process an erasure request in accordance with applicable data-protection law (see our Privacy Policy).

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, non-payment, or to protect the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR‑FREE, OR THAT OUTPUT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE RESULTS ON THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL ALOMATIONS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO ALOMATIONS IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alomations from any claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Wyoming have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service.

If you use the Service as a consumer, this does not take away the protection given to you by the mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in, and it does not remove your right to bring proceedings in your local courts where those laws give you that right. For consumers in Türkiye, that includes your rights under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and your right to apply to the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts.

Before starting proceedings, please email info@alomations.com so we can try to resolve the matter directly. Most issues are settled that way.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
