Yes. The Free plan above is it: sign up, connect your shop and get 40 credits every month. No card needed. Move to Starter when you need more than 40 credits a month.

Yes, on every paid plan, whether it is billed monthly or yearly. Cancel from Settings with one click. Access continues until the end of your billing period, then you drop back to the Free plan.

Credits are consumed when you generate designs, create listings, or run automations. Different actions cost different amounts (image generation = 2 credits, a full listing, start to finish = ~10 credits). Check the credits panel on your dashboard for details.

Yes. Placing and shipping an order through Alomations is open on the Free plan. You pick a production partner, see the item cost and the shipping cost separately, pay from your balance, and follow the order to a tracking number. An order you do not place through us stays yours to handle.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express. All payments are securely processed via Stripe.

They roll over. Each renewal adds your monthly credits to what you have left, but only up to three times your monthly credits, so Starter holds up to 1,500, Standard up to 3,600 and Pro up to 7,500. Once you are at that ceiling a renewal adds nothing more, and nothing you already have is taken away. If you move to a smaller plan your balance is trimmed to the new plan's ceiling when the change takes effect, and plan credits end when your subscription does. Credit packs you buy are a separate balance: they sit outside the ceiling and never expire, but they can only be used while you are subscribed. If your subscription ends they are kept, frozen until you subscribe again.
